QA
Manager Position Summary
Organize ISO and US Military Electronic Components
Specifications documentation. The job requires that the QA
manager communicate with US and ISO agencies to set up
requirements for various specifications. Conduct Quality
Assurance audits of the company's production facilities,
assuring company standards are maintained. Consult with the
company's management to resolve quality, production, and
efficiency problems. Function as an information source to
customers.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

Organize ISO and US Military Electronic Components
Specifications documentation
- Communicate with US and ISO
agencies to set up requirements for various specifications
- Work closely with
engineering and other departments to assure that all
requirements are documented
- Function as an information
source for customers
- Support of customer and
agency audits
- Confirm that audit
procedures are properly carried out and assigned work
schedules are maintained
- Determine overall quality by
conduction and evaluation various product tests
- Resolve quality problems at
the company's production facilities, warehouses and market
areas as required
- Evaluate and take corrective
action when necessary
- Administrative operation of
the Preventative/Corrective Action system as needed
- Consult with plant
management and personnel on better operation procedures to
improve overall efficiency and yield
- Discuss plant evaluation
with plant management, make appropriate recommendations and
set timetable for improvement and corrections
- Prepare plant evaluation
reports and submit them to Corporate Management on a monthly
basis
- Develop, maintain, and
conduct a review of internal Quality system quarterly
- Performing internal audits
once every quarter
- Administering document
control on a daily basis
- Addressing non-conformities
from previous internal and external audits.
Education/Work Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience
in setting up documentation for electronic components
- Verbal and written skills,
strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational
abilities
- Ability to take initiative,
to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work
in a team environment essential
- PC-based computing
experience (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft
PowerPoint)
- Ability to train production
personnel for specific quality documents
- Bachelor's degree,
Engineering is a plus

Production
Engineer Position
- Minimum
B.S. degree in Engineering or related fields with minimum
of 5 years experience in manufacturing of Multilayer Ceramic
Capacitor (MLCC) via dry film process or other passive components.
- Must
have hands-on experience in manufacturing of MLCC or passive
components and knowledge in production planning.
- Ability
in identifaction of manufacturing process anomalies and
parts failure analysis is required.
- Knowledge
in MLCC manufacturing and testing equipments is preferred.
- QC
system familiarity and operation control ability are required.
- Verbal/written
skills and ability to communicate are essential.
- Knowledge
in plating is a plus.
- Work
related computer skills are necessary.
- Ability
to thrive under extreme pressure.
- Multitasking
is a must.
- Excellent
organizational ability.

Product
Engineer (PE0507)
- Perform
capacitor specification test with knowledge in
capacitance, Df, IR, rating voltage;
- Monitor
microelectronic fabrication, capacitor manufacturing,
circuit design with AutoCAD, ADS;
- Write
report, presentations with expertise in SEM;
- Perform
duty with expertise in Network Analyzer, knowledge in
S-parameter, Smith chart.
Requirements:
MS in EE.
