American
Electronic Ceramics (AEC) has
exercised due diligence in obtaining
sufficient technical documentations
from all of our material suppliers.
AEC
has also submitted our products (MLCC)
to accredited laboratories for analysis.
As
a result, AEC has determined that all
of our current MLCC products meet
the RoHS requirements of EC Directive
on the Restriction of the Use of
Certain Hazardous Substances in
Electrical and Electronic
Equipment.
AEC
products
are compliant for the following
restricted materials:
1.
Lead: < 0.10 % of the component
weight
2.
Mercury: <0.10% of the component
weight
3.
Hexavalent Chromium: <0.10% of the
component weight
4.
Cadium: < 0.01% of component weight
5
& 6. PBB and PBDE: <0.10% of
component weight
Since
all of AEC’s products are considered
RoHS compliant, we have no immediate
plan to add or change the affixes of
our product numbers. Relevant documentations
are available upon request.
